This panel will discuss the main differences between AML/CFT in Europe before and after the upcoming impacts of TFR, the infamous Transfer of Funds Regulation, which not only brought FATF’s travel rule to the EU, but also went above and behind its requirements and tried to provoke a de facto ban on so-called “unhosted wallets”.
